Natural Cheese Thaler
Cheese flavoured baked, crispy wafer bases in certified transparent BOPP foil with easy-open "twist and pull" closure. The wafers are on average
10 cm in diameter, a pack contains 20-22 pieces.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable oils and fats (palm, rapeseed, coconut and partially hydrogenated palm oil in various proportions), water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavour, colour (carotene)), 4,2 % cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme), 4 % dried blue cheese (cheese, whey, salt), salt, lard, baking powder (bulking agent: sodium pyrophosphate, baking soda, corn starch).
